Ground meat also known as minced meat in the U.K, and as Keema in the Indian Subcontinent, is widely made throughout the world. It can be made from beef, chicken, lamb and more. Keema comes from the Turkic word “qıyma” meaning minced meat. The recipe I made today is a Pakistani style of beef Keema, with loads of spices that will surely be the perfect meal to-go.
